Once you’ve shipped or dropped off your bottles for consignment, you may be wondering when and how you’ll know they’ve been received and accounted for. Here’s how our intake process works:

📋 When Will I Receive a Drop Receipt?

  • Drop receipts are sent after your shipment has been fully opened and verified, not simply when it is delivered to our warehouse.

  • This ensures that the total number and condition of bottles are accurately recorded.

  • You’ll receive an email with your official drop receipt, which includes a count of all bottles accepted into inventory.


🎥 What Happens When My Shipment Arrives?

  • All shipments are opened under video surveillance as part of our security and accuracy protocols.

  • This protects both the consignor and Unicorn Auctions during the intake process.
