The shipped confirmation email you received contains a direct link to track your order. The confirmation will be from tracking@shipstation.com or dontreply@weshipexpress.com.
Didn't receive a shipped confirmation email? The order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email will arrive separately. Occasionally, emails with tracking information may end up in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there as well.
If the order status shows your item has shipped but you haven’t received a tracking number, or if the status hasn’t updated for a while, it’s best to contact Unicorn’s customer support team for help.
