Customers who leave a 5-star review of the Unicorn Auctions app in the App Store are eligible to receive a $20 promo code for a future invoice.

To receive the promo:

  1. Leave a 5-star review on the App Store

  2. Take a screenshot

  3. Email it to customerservice@unicornauctions.com

📌 Note:
This is a one-time-only promotion. If you’ve already used the $20 promo code, you are not eligible to receive another one—even if you leave additional reviews.


🏦 Can I Pay with a Different Payment Method?

Yes! We accept multiple forms of payment and are happy to work with you.

If you'd like to:

  • Use a different payment method (e.g., bank wire, check)

  • Provide a different credit card than what’s on file

⏳ I Missed the 5-Day Window to Pay – What Happens?

Following the close of each auction, you have 5 business days to pay your invoice through the payment portal.

If payment is not received by that deadline:

  • Your saved payment method will be automatically charged

  • A shipping fee will be added to your invoice

  • Your bottles will be placed in auto-storage until we receive shipping or pickup instructions

📦 If you later decide to pick up your order instead of shipping:

  • The shipping fee will be refunded upon confirmation of pickup
