We provide a one-time-only $20 promo code for a future invoice for any customer who gives the Unicorn app a 5-star review in the app store and provides a screenshot to customerservice@unicornauctions.com

If you have already used the $20 promo code on an invoice, you are not eligible for future promo codes for additional 5-star reviews.

Can I pay with a different payment method?

If you’d like to arrange another way to pay besides credit card or ACH transfer please reach out to Customer Support as soon as the auction closes to provide information on how you intend to provide payment before the 5-day window to pay your invoice closes. You can reach us through email (customerservice@unicornauctions.com) or live chat by clicking on the widget in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

If you would like to provide a different credit card than the one we have on file, reach out to payments@unicornauctions.com to update the payment method.

I missed paying during the 5-day window. What happens next?

Following the close of an auction, you have 5 business days to pay your invoice in the payment portal. After those 5 days have passed, you will be automatically charged using the payment method you have on file with Unicorn. 

As we have not received any information regarding the shipment preference on your order, a shipping charge will be automatically applied to your invoice total and the bottles will be placed in auto-storage until we receive shipping or pick-up confirmation. If you would like to pick-up, the shipping charge will be refunded.
