🏦 Can I Pay with a Different Payment Method?
Yes! We accept multiple forms of payment and are happy to work with you. If your invoice is still open, you do have the ability to choose your preferred payment method. If it is not currently stored on your account, you'll just need to add it to your profile prior to making payment.
🏦 Can I Pay with a Multiple Cards?
Yes! While the payent portal does not allow the functionality on your end, we're happy to assist with manually processing your invoice with multiple cards.

⏳ I Missed the 5-Day Window to Pay – What Happens?
Following the close of each auction, you have 5 business days to pay your invoice through the payment portal on your end.
If payment is not received by that deadline:

Your save payment method will be automatically charged

Your bottles will be placed in storage and viewable in your Collections portal
- From there, you can submit a Retrieval Request to schedule a pickup appointment, or storage shipment
