All shipments are coordinated through a licensed third-party shipping broker.

🍷 Weather Advisory for Wine Shipments
We do not use temperature-controlled packaging. During extreme heat or cold, especially in Chicago, we may delay wine shipments to protect bottle quality.

Your order will be shipped via UPS or FedEx through WeShipExpress or ShipStation, depending on your location.

All packages use premium, double-walled packaging, bottle neck wrappings, and air cushion inserts for protection.
