For customers who may not be ready to receive their order yet, we offer a storage option in the payment portal. If you would like to know what bottles you currently have in storage, contact Customer Support through live chat by clicking on the widget in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
Orders will be automatically placed into storage if we do not receive confirmation of shipping or pick-up within 5 business days following the end of an auction.
Shipping from storage
If you would like to set up shipment for your stored orders, contact Customer Support through live chat, or email customerservice@unicornauctions.com to provide your shipping address and authorization for the payment method on file. We recommend shipping no more than 4 bottles per box.
Shipping costs and courier information
Your order will ship within 14 business days through UPS or FedEx, depending on the state. If you are located in Utah, Mississippi, or outside of the US, we will contact you to provide instructions on prepaid shipping labels or setting up shipping to another state.

Why was my order placed into auto storage?
Bottles are automatically placed into storage when payment is provided but a buyer has not confirmed shipping or local pick-up. To schedule your order for pick-up or delivery, you can start a live chat by clicking on the widget in the lower right hand corner of the screen, or email customerservice@unicornauctions.com for further assistance.
To avoid this with future orders, please be sure to respond to your invoice within 5 days following the close of the auction to complete payment and confirm shipping or pick-up.
Can I hold my bottles in storage?
Yes. If you would like Unicorn to hold your bottles in storage, respond to your invoice from customerservice@unicornauctions.com with your preference.
If you were automatically charged for shipping, we can refund the fees or place a hold on your account until you are ready for shipment.
I already have bottles in storage. Can I receive those bottles with my new order?
Yes. Respond to your new invoice from customerservice@unicornauctions.com with your preference.
We can keep multiple orders in storage until you are ready for shipment.
What bottles do I currently have in storage?
On the Activity tab within your account, you can see which auction lots you have won, lost, or watched.
