  • You can opt into storage through the payment portal at checkout.

  • Auto-Storage: If no shipping or pick-up is confirmed within 5 business days after an auction ends, your invoice will be automatically processed with delivery added, but placed into storage until we receive confirmation of either setting up a shipment, schedule a pick up, or to continue holding in storage.

When you're ready to receive your bottles:

  1. Contact Customer Support via Live Chat (widget in the lower right-hand corner), or

  2. Email us at customerservice@unicornauctions.com with your shipping address and authorization to use the payment method on file.

🚚 Delivery Rates & Courier Details

Your order will be shipped via UPS or FedEx through WeShipExpress or ShipStation, depending on your location.

  • Customers located in Utah and Mississippi are welcome to place bids, but will need to contact us to set up shipments to another state.

  • All packages use premium, double-walled packaging, bottle neck wrappings, and air cushion inserts for protection.

  • A 21+ adult signature is required for all deliveries.
