You can opt into storage through the payment portal at checkout.

Auto-Storage: If no shipping or pick-up is confirmed within 5 business days after an auction ends, your order will be automatically placed into storage.
📦 Shipping from Storage
When you're ready to receive your bottles:

Contact Customer Support via Live Chat (widget in the lower right-hand corner), or

Email us at customerservice@unicornauctions.com with your shipping address and authorization to use the payment method on file.
Pro Tip: We recommend shipping no more than 4 bottles per box to reduce breakage risk.

Orders are stored automatically if shipping or pick-up isn't confirmed within 5 business days of auction close.

If you were charged for shipping in error, we can issue a refund or hold the fee until you're ready.
