Why haven’t I received my order?

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please do the following:

  1. Ensure your shipping information is correct.
    1. Review the shipping details in the email you received from tracking@shipstation.com or dontreply@weshipexpress.com
    2. If the details are incorrect, please contact Unicorn to update the delivery address.
  2. Confirm you did not select storage in the payment portal.
    1. Check the invoice you received via email and confirm storage was not selected. 
    2. If you selected storage during payment, contact Customer Support through live chat here or email customerservice@unicornauctions.com and provide your address to confirm delivery.
    3. Grant permission to Unicorn to charge payment on file for shipping fees.
  3. Confirm you paid your invoice and selected delivery preference within the 5-day window. 
    1. Once an auction has closed, you have 5 business days to pay your invoice in the payment portal and select shipping, pick-up, or storage.
    2. If the 5-day window has passed, we will auto-charge the payment we have on file and place the order in storage until we receive shipping or pick-up confirmation.
    3. In this case, you will receive an email confirmation. Reply to the email with your delivery preference.
  4. Ensure you are available to sign for delivery.
    1. The order cannot be delivered without someone 21+ to sign for the delivery.
    2. Check on the status of your order through the tracking number provided from WeShipExpress or ShipStation.
    3. If your order was unsuccessfully delivered, the order will be returned to Unicorn.
    4. Once returned, our Support team can initiate shipping again.

 

I wasn’t able to sign for my delivery. How do I get my order?

Deliveries cannot be completed without someone 21+ to sign for the order. If your order was unsuccessfully delivered, the order will be returned to Unicorn.
